Friends, Virusians, and musicians of the world!

I am very pleased to offer you another soundset in honor of the Virus and its fantastic new OS features. I hope youll agree that the patches in this collection include some of the most enjoyable Ive ever created. There are so many awesome possibilities with this synth its sounds almost take on a life of their own, evolving and striving towards a final musical purpose. I believe we own the worlds best synthesizer.

More than optimized this set was made specifically for Virus C, relying on the use of the new OS 6.5 filter types, the equalizers, extended modulation matrix architecture, and other features of the synth.

As usual, the work I do is for you, the friends of Access, in gratitude to the creators of this wonderful instrument. While I would never imagine selling my sounds for money, I ask that you send me an email if you enjoy my programs or use my sounds in your musical endeavors. I very much enjoy hearing from you all.

In closing, I thank you all for the inspiration to finalize, organize, and present, The Return of M@, my fourth soundset!

Yours truly,

Matt Picone,

PS: Youll notice my new programmers signature is now just the @ symbol, without the previously prefixed M. I enjoyed having the extra space to create longer more communicative patch names.
THE RETURN OF M@
USER GUIDE

General Notes

Though not always ON, arp, phaser, chorus, OSC3 etc. are often optimized anyway.
Most of my soft knobs functions are set to CC15 and CC16
I often use the category Decay for sounds designed for chord comping
